2. Non-Compete Clause:
Any Person or Entity, directly or indirectly, engaged in the business of providing GST or Income Tax updates (whether through digital platforms, print media, magazine, book, or any other form of distribution), SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROFILE.

3. Prohibited Conduct:
Users shall not post, transmit, or use abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise offensive language or content in any form while using this service.

4. Violation & Termination:
In the event of a breach of any of above clauses, TaxReply reserves the right to suspend or terminate your profile, without prior notice and without any liability for such termination.
