Notification No.10/2019 CT dated 07.03.2019
Notification issued to enhance the basic exemption limit for GST Registration for supplier of Goods from 20 Lakhs to 40 Lakhs, subject to state permission. States would have an option to decide about one of the limits. However, the threshold for registration for service providers would continue to be Rs 20 lakhs and in case of Special category States Rs 10 lakhs.

Notification issued to prescribe the due dates for furnishing of FORM GSTR-1 for those taxpayers with aggregate turnover upto Rs. 1.5 crores for the months of April, May and June, 2019.

Notification No.14/2019 CT dated 07.03.2019 - Composition turnover limit for goods 
Notification issued to enhance the turnover limit for composition scheme for goods to Rs.1.5 Crore. Earlier notification (i.e. notification No. 08/2017) has also been superseded by this notification. Special category States would decide about the composition limit in their respective States.

 

Notification No.2/2019 CT(R) dated 07.03.2019 - Composition scheme for services or mixed supply
Notification issued to prescribe the GST rate of 6% for composition scheme for services or mixed supply having annual turnover upto Rs 50 lakhs subject to certain conditions. Detailed conditions are prescribed in the notification.

 

Circular No.92/2019 CT dated 07.03.2019 - Clarifications.
Circular issued to provide clarification on various doubts related to treatment of sales promotion schemes under GST. The issues covered under this clarifications includes following:
