CBIC today notified that E-way bill shall be mandatory w.e.f. 25th May 2018 for movement of goods within Union Territory of Chandigarh. CBIC also rescinded its earlier notification (Notification No.3/2018 dated 31.03.2018) which exempts the taxpayers from generation of E-way bills.
